The goal of the ARS group is to successfully reunite businesses and individuals with unclaimed property, to which they are legally entitled.  The ARS group is dedicated to providing the highest quality of professional service to its clients.  To this end, the group strives to address client concerns at the outset, provide a complete understanding of the unclaimed property laws, and describe our role in the recovery process.

Christopher J. Hardy, a member of the Hardy Group PLC, formed the ARS group in 2005 and has quickly established the group as a successful asset recovery firm in the state of California.  Prior to establishing the ARS group, Mr. Hardy worked as an attorney specializing in state and local tax matters for KPMG LLP and the law firm of Plant Bauer & Smith LLP.  This background gives the group an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the unclaimed property, corporate and tax laws required to fulfill the group’s goal of reuniting rightful owners, heirs, and successors-in-interest with their unclaimed property.
